Tasty Seaweed Chips

Serves 1


  • 3 nori sheets, untoasted  
  • Olive oil 
  • Sea salt 
  • Spices of your choosing (i.e. paprika, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, sesame seeds etc.).  


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the nori sheets evenly into four pieces.  
  2. Line an oven tray with baking paper and place the nori pieces onto the tray in a single layer. Lightly brush the nori pieces with the olive oil. Sprinkle the sea salt and spices of your choice evenly over the nori pieces. Make sure that the salt/ spices sticks to the olive oil.  
  3. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until the nori pieces become dry and crispy. Enjoy! 

Tip: If you find that you are having difficulty getting the spices to stick to the olive oil, you can always mix the spices into the olive oil before applying the olive oil to the nori pieces.
